I installed vista beta 2:
Intel p4 3.2 GHZ 2048 mb ram 3x 160 GB HDD Maxtor nvidia 6800 128 mb monitor, IIyama HM903DAT
the problem is the my screen keeps turning on and off. I also installed the latest nvidia driver. My PC is dual boot and under windows XP there is no problem with the screen.

Yes i did, both put of the box ore the newest driver from nvidia. Both have the same problem. And my screen is good sinds windows xp dos not give me any trouble.

Dumb question perhaps, but have you checked your display settings to make sure the resolution and refresh rates are within the specs for your monitor and it's not just trying to display but can't because of improper settings, so it reset's itself and trys again, etc..

Good, point. It dos indeed give this error. But the resolutions are far below max. the HM903DTA can do 1600*1200 @ 100 hz it runs on 1280*1024 @ 85 hz ( max is 1280*1024 @ 120 hz
